No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS
For The Crust:

  • ½ cup Butter, Softened
  • ⅓ cup Almond Butter, no sugar added
  • ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener {save 20% with my link and code "fitmomjourney"}
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¾ cup Almond Flour {I used this brand}

For The Filling;

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup no sugar added Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
  • 1½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To make the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, almond butter, ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener, and cocoa powder. Cream together until smooth. Beat in the Almond Flour. The mixture will become very stiff to work work.
  2. Turn the crust mixture into a greased springform pan. Then, grease the flat bottom of a measuring cup and press the crust down evenly into the bottom of the pan. Set in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  3. To make the filling: In a clean mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese, peanut butter, and ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener until smooth.
