ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SEASONING

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbs kosher salt (see NOTES)
  • 2 tbs high-quality smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 1½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp white pepper
  • 1½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed dry rosemary -OR- crushed dried tarragon (optional)
ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SEASONING


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Don't store in direct light.
